An approach to living fully

Be here, open up, do what matters.

Perspective

By slowing and down and looking at things in a new way, we can learn to develop a new perspective on even our most painful feelings and experiences, our history, our current situation, and begin to live life a little more freely.

Purpose

In today’s world or just when life changes hit hard, we don’t always know what matters to us at the deepest level. Learning to identify and strengthen our values, or an inner sense of purpose, can help us live more intentionally and meaningfully.

Possibility

Slowing down and living with purpose allows for new possibilities in life. By learning to live with experiences, and with intention, we can take daily steps —whether it be one small step, or a big bold move — on our meaningful life path.

My work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is backed by science and used world-wide. It uses mindfulness and other skills to provide us with opportunities to better understand our own thoughts, feelings, and other experiences and live more in the moment while following a meaningful life path. An ACT approach can help people across the lifespan with anxiety, depression, exposure to trauma, numerous health conditions, and to improve wellbeing for parents and in the workplace — among many other areas.
